Interviewers seek to answer three key questions during the interview process: Can you do the job? Will you do the job? Do you fit in? One of the best ways to approach an interview is to see it as an opportunity to showcase the benefits that you bring to the prospective employer. You will be introduced to a model that enables you to practice and improve on your interviewing skills. You will gain practice on how to tailor your interviewing performance according to the target and format of the interview: phone, in-person, or panel. You also will learn strategies and techniques to respond to behavioral interview questions, develop a “reason for leaving statement” and create your own “infomercial.”
